greetings far and near!

Greetings and welcome to family and friends far and near, although we must admit that it is the "far" part that has prompted the genesis of this blog! Since we can't see or even talk with most of you as much as we'd like, we thought we'd create this blog for everyone who'd like to keep abreast of all things new with the Kidd Kitten family...well, let's not mince words - this is for all of you who'd like to keep up with all things Ivy! She seems like she is literally learning something new every single day, from her ever-expanding vocabulary (the newest being her approximation of "kisses" as "isssss" or "iththhth" or just a wet raspberry!) to her increasingly mobile little self (crawling on all fours and walking while holding onto any and everything!) to her new adventures in foodland (her new favorite delicacy this week is plain little nubs of tofu!...she literally eats them faster than I can cut them!). So anyway, in creating this little blog, we hope to share bits of Ivy's, er, I mean, our lives, and we hope you might do the same in return.
